CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your appointment please give 24 hours notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge, if not paid on the day of your cancellation this will be added to your next appointment.
NO SHOW
Any no show appointments will be charged at the full cost of the treatment. This payment will be required before a new booking is to be made and you will be asked to pre pay for your next appointment.
